In, the story I focused mainly on their backgrounds, the discovery of Erikas, power was really no surprise to them, he had to be certain. LOL)

 Xavier’s life is always for his family, his wife and his daughter, his Blackrayne family. The love he has for all of them, and his loyalty is always there. With his daughter Erika back home, it was something he had been wanting for so long. Knowing his ex-wife Jaelyn needed him more at the time when she was stricken with health issues. She was a very loving woman, in the beginning, she also gave him the most precious gifts. Her love for him, and their daughter Erika, and their life was always the best it could be.

Slowly over the years he noticed his wife was getting weaker and her moods had changed drastically. He was disturbed by her behavior, she never hurt anyone just became very antagonistic. He couldn't help but want to protect both his wife and daughter as they both changed very quickly. After years of them all suffering in different ways, he had to figure this all out. Something had taken over Jaelyn, he felt it deeply within thoughts.

 it had gotten to be a very strange and a very detestable relationship between him and his wife. The worst part was seeing their Erika suffer for some strange reason. Years later his wife had passed away and he went to the funeral he, made sure she had that still he stayed in the background. Knowing his daughter was going to stay with his grandparents, he is beholden to them. He made sure Erika had what she needed that was important to him. He returned home with a very strong sense of loss for many reasons.

 The more he thought of it, the more he had to look through his belongings. He had a lot of the older papers and items that he had kept. He always wanted to stay close to his wife even now. Looking through the many Dr. appointments she had that he kept. It seems that it appears, to be a scam with them with every appointment. He looked it over very slowly at each detail finding the dates to when she was so ill. Everything he was looking at was no match to any times of her illness. Knowing he had to talk to Erika was, most important.

As it happened, over the next couple of weeks she showed up and talked to him and wanted to move in with him. Understanding that she was not as close to her grandparents, he definitely understood. He was more than pleased to have her back after the weeks she had settled in he had talk with her. Asked what her mother would do if anything that came to her mind. Erika is a very smart young lady; she told him many times that Jaelyn was very sick.  “A few times mom was completely healthy the next time she was so ill, it didn’t make sense.” as Erika put it said it was freaking her out. 

They both once again started looking through things he kept over the years with wondering of something, happening between Jaelyn and Erika. What if his wife was possessed and had gone into Erika as well? He had noticed a change in her as well. He had a long talk with her, and she finally told him of the strange time. It felt like something inside me changed, it was magical. Having to find out something, he searched through every book that he had. It took him finding the answer he thinks he did. Going back in to see Erika, he looked at her knowing he had to tell her.

"Your mother did not die from any disease she was possessed by the worst and somehow that power she had. It went inside of you so now my dear daughter you are known as (Witchcraft Demon)" Somehow, she didn’t seem surprised or scared. "Dad, I had a feeling it was something like that. I started acting as bad as mom and I got it under control. At least mom can rest now, that, and I know who I am now." They hugged and then they put all the papers away and whatever else he had looked at. He truly loves his daughter; she is so strong. He was glad that it wasn't a shock to her and admires her strong conviction of who she is. As he hugged her again and said the words to her that are completely true to him. “My daughter I love you and know that I am always here. You have such beauty and strength and courage, and I believe in you, always know that, Erika.”//////
