"The Bastard Prince Of The Black Kingdom"

The Past:

Many centuries ago, my Mother Ayumi and My father David parted ways.  Ayumi was so distraught, she destroyed the Black Kingdom.  She left me and my siblings behind.  David was gone as well, along with his new wife, my Stepmother Coltessa.  Gage was left to put the kingdom back together.  His best friend, Selene Denali was more than eager to help Gage rebuild what was lost.

Selene mentored the young Prince the best she could.  Gage was consumed by anger, at his birth Mother, also with his Father and new wife Coltessa.  Although Gage loved all three of them, however he was destroyed mentally, by all that had occurred.  His antics and his narcisstic personality, gave him the title of the "Bastard Prince Of The Black Kingdom.  Gage did not care whether he was liked or disliked.  He did what he pleased, no matter the outcome.  Gage simply couldn't have given two fat flying fucks, what the servants thought of him. After all he was head of the Empire now.

Each Night Gage would go on a blood frenzy.  Sometimes beguiling himself as his father, David.  He would lure his victims in, then viciously ripped into their gullets drinking his fill, then tossing the bodies in a pile to rot.  Finding, a group of servants conversing was his favorite thing.  He would stand in the middle of them, then throw a projectile into the air, their bodies would begin to wobble to and fro. Their throats would rip open. Then in moment of glory, Gage was showered with their crimson sustenance from the entire group, The blood rain would pour, his mouth open, savoring every drop he could consume.  The Blood Shower was one of his favorite spells.

He also enjoyed other tricks he had in his arsenal.  A spell called "Inspire Hate" was another he enjoyed to use.  Gage would enter a local tavern where the public would often meet to have drinks and conversation.  He would viciously cast a spell upon the unsuspecting patrons.  "Vae Victus" he would yell at the top of his voice.   Man would turn against his brother.  A bloody battle would commence where human subjects would turn against their friend or foe.  Thus when the spell wore off, they would find that they killed their loved ones; confidantes and associates and dear friends. Bloodied and most of them left for dead upon the wooden floor. With this spell Minor grievances would escalate to murderous rage and oh, the sweet terror when the spell wore off and they saw their hands covered with their neighbor's blood. Gage would simply laugh, then leave the establishment. This was enough for this night Gage headed back towards the castle.

Gage walked along the stony edge of the cliffs, almost seeming happy to the fact his father's star had disappeared in a recent supernova. Perhaps Lord Alucar Nightshade had been right all along, regarding everything Gage had thought was true regarding his father David. But how? How did Alucar possess knowledge of the past? Gage never remembered this heinous being known as Alucar Nightshade from his childhood. How did he know of the deep seeded betrayals within the royal family? How much did he know? Gage knew he would have to summon the puppet master Alucar soon to gather what information he knew. Years of indifference's between he and Alucar had indeed taken it's toll upon The Black Prince. Once enemies with Lord Nightshade, Gage now looked upon this sinister man. as some sort of macabre father figure. His once deep hatred for Alucar, had now developed into a sincere admiration for Lord Nightshade.

The Black Prince felt the ominous darkness of Alucar, overcoming him. He could do nothing but allow the manifestation of The dread father to commence. Looking over to the portrait of his so called father, David LeStat. He watched with a smirk on his face as the colors of the oil painting began to swirl into an unrecognizable rainbow of hues. The painting began to boil, then melt towards the stony floor of Gage′s office.

Gage now looked upon Alucar as his father. The man he had been raised to admire as his father David LeStat, had forsaken him numerous times, so many things David had done enraged Gage. He found himself losing every ounce of respect, he ever had for David LeStat, his blood father. Gage smiled as he saw the nail now barren, where the portrait of David once hung. "That painting shall never be rehung in this office, Alucar my faithful loving father. You are whom I consider my blood now. You are now the man I do and will always respect as my father."

He smiled wickedly at Lord Nightshade then his attention turned towards his butler. Gage addressed Jack Hawkins, his assistant. "Clean up that large mess upon the floor, discard it all. It is nothing more than rubbish. That man, the one, that hung in that portrait, he is no longer my father, not anymore. He does not deserve to be called Father. He is gone, hiding somewhere. I suppose, as usual. He always takes refuge, when he is needed the most."

Gage had bid Alucar a good night.  The two of them parted ways.  Gage now feeling more power running through his veins than ever.  Was it Alucar's doings or had Gage finally reached his full vampiric maturity.  Gage loved the way he felt.  He could do anything and no one could stop him.  After all, he was The Bastard Prince of The Black Kingdom.  Who could stop him, surely not Selene Denali.  Yes she had been a wonderful help in rebuliding the castle, but Selene was not his mother.

The Present:  "Thank You For The Venom"

Gage walked through the castle, nothing seemed as it should be.  He thought he heard a strange noise coming from his office.  What the hell he thought to himself.  His eyes turned obsidian as he quickly manifested into wolf form.  He jolted down the corridor to his office.  Indeed, someone was in there.  The door was cracked, a light was evident through the small space in between the frame and the ornate wooden door.

A sound of drawers being opened also a rummaging of his paperwork could be heard from outside of his office.  Gage stood there for a moment listening to the ruckus coming from within.  He wondered if Jack was in there straightening up his mess at first.  But why in the hell would Jack be in there in the middle of the night?  Gage pushed the door opened slightly, with his nose.  Peering his canine eyes through the small opening.  He could see nothing yet,  he could only hear the sounds that had been resonating through the door before.

No one was allowed in Gage's office without him being present.  Gage shook his head.  The more he listened, the more intrigued he became.  The more he heard his office being disrupted, the more angry he became.  The fur upon his neck stood on end.  Now was time to see just what in the hell was going on in there.

Bearing his teeth then releasing a growl Gage barged through the door.  A shadowy figure stood behind his desk.  Gage hunched his back ready to attack this intruder.  Before he attacked he noticed a distinct familiar scent coming from the spectre.  Who in the hell is that Gage thought to himself.  Why does he smell so familiar?  Gage inhaled the scent, taking it deep into his wolf senses.  That smell.  He knew it, but why?  Gage's anger increased as he witnessed this spectre deliberately disregarding his presence.

Enough was enough.  Gage returned to his human form.  He stepped towards the creature.  "Why are you in my office?  Who in the hell are you, what do you want?  What in the hell are you looking for?"  Gage's eyes still black as night, he growled low after he spoke awaiting the man to answer him.  The figure did not turn in his direction.  He simply ignored Gage's question.  To Gage's surprise the intruder continued looking through the contents within the drawers of his desk. "That is about enough.  Show yourself to me right now.  No one is allowed in here, these are my personal things.  You are not welcome here. I suggest you leave my office and my home right now.  Show yourself to me right now, dammit.  Do you hear me, whomever you are?"

The figure stopped in his tracks, a familiar sound of laughter resonated through the office.  Gage knew that laugh, he had heard it before many, many times.  He however, could not place who it was.  All Gage knew was that he somehow knew this person, whomever it was.  "Dammit, I have had more than enough of this nonsense.  Show yourself I want to know who the hell you are and why you are here going through my things.  If you do not reveal to me who you are, you will force my hand.  I will attack you.  Do you hear me?"  Gage growled again,  much louder this time.  He began to approach the man within full intent of a confrontation.

The person let out yet another familiar sounding fit of laughter.  Much, much louder this time.  As Gage approached the man, he suddenly turned to face him.  That face,  Gage knew those dark eyes, also the smirk that was upon his lips.  As the man manifested from a shadowy form to a more pronounced appearance.  Gage stepped back.  His eyes widened.  Just who in the hell was he looking at?  The more the man shifted into a human form.  It became apparent to Gage just exactly whom it was.  But how?  How was he here.  Gage thought this man had died many centuries ago.  Before him stood a man he loathed, his birth Father David LeStat.

Gage sneered at David,  His eyes narrowed, "You are not welcome here anymore.  You left me alone.  You have forsaken me for the last time.  I do not want you here, nor care to see you.  You're wife Coltessa, I have no ill feelings towards, but you.  That's a different story.  You were supposed to raise me up.  Be my mentor,  You piece of shit, you left me to others to be mentored.  I have put you out of my heart and mind,  You need to leave this house, at once.  David, you are unworthy of my presence.  Now leave and never return. I detest you, deeply. Nothing will fix it.  Too many years have past, without your influence.  Maybe that was the best gift you ever gave me, to leave me at fifteen, alone, confused and always wondering why you left me.  I have a little gift for you David, you Bastard.  It's called Hate.  I hate you. Now that you know how I feel, you can NOW LEAVE MY HOUSE AT ONCE...

Lady Raynes~Lestat {~withervane's shadowed rose~ ~lestat estates~ ~black kingdom empire~}

~thee betrothal of thy lady raynes~ she belongs to lestat~

~within her mother’s womb, the embryo was restless. moving a ‘bout alerting her mother it would be any time now. legs and tiny arms feeling for the warmth of the love she felt as her mother touched her belly around the child. the infant felt something from within her mother. her soul. somewhat troubled and uneasy. Perhaps why the child was so restless as well. she felt the souls of others too. theirs not as troubled as the woman who carried her form within her~

~she could not yet see those a’ bout her, conversing with her mother. but she could hear, without understanding the conversation being spoken of. there was another youth within the room. quiet, but she could feel the boy’s eyes staring at her with kind eyes. the childs voice calm and knew more them he let on about the ritual to happen within moments. her little mind felt that child now within her own. calling to her, promising to love her, protect her with his every being. but also cursing her with the thought of always walking within her dreams till he is awakened~

the embryo squirmed more with his voice inside her head. the boy was sat and his life force was extracted from him and he watched as it was poured in a special bowl. there was an item in the bowl. a ruby of blood red color. it seemed to feed off the stone with precise friction, as if to fill the ruby with a more rich color. lord blacksouls son didn’t squirm, looking to his father the coven lord of withervane. he still watched them as a scalpel was tenderly taken towards the woman’s womb. the mystics of withervane, chanting sayings as lord blacksoul called his son to him~

“draven, ye remember what ye were told? she shall save our nation someday boy. Ye art mine heir. bond with the child. remember ye vows to thine mystics. to thine child and her parents. do ye understand ~he bent down to the boy~ mine son, ye and the infant, thine mystics know of how both ye powers wilt give us our hopes of daylight without death. our ability to birth our children instead of feed from them to make them our own. ye first born will be thy seed thee child carries within her. do ye understand draven what ye art about to do, though dangerous, is needed to happen. ye blood will bind with hers through this gem. it will always be there for ye to remind her as she grows of who ye art to her. her she is to become to ye and out nation of vampyre.”

~his father stood beside him as the boy took the cutting implement and looked to the woman about to bare more than just of child birth. for the last several years, the mystics had taught him of this day. of what he was to do. the insition large enough for the gem to be insirted within the childs chest. into her heart. lady raynes smiled to him and her hand touched the hand that held the scalple~

“her father and i trust ye lord draven. our daughter shall always belong with ye child. always. do as ye father hath asked of ye”

~draven too his hand to her bared flesh as lord ameir of the mystics focused a light source at the part of flesh he was to cut. the blade barely touching her skin, opened and he took the gem from the bowl of his blood. lady raynes breathed painfully as he pushed the gem within her, the blade had bore to her daughter’s heart and the gem seem to feed within the beating muscle as if it new what to do on its own. she breathed a painful sigh and removed the broach from her birthing smock and handed it to lord ameir. the mystic took it and said a few more incantations of it and handed it as well to draven. his words to draven were softly assured to him~

“lord draven, this broach will bind with the ruby within ye betrothed. it shalt not be removed in anyway other than with thee will of thy child on her own. only she can can stop this. only of her own free will lord draven. hers alone. remember this”

~draven finished the ceremony as directed. as the embryos mother was being tended to, her screams became distraught and more abrupt. The infant’s restlessness moved her into the birthing canal. Draven was escorted to the side of the lady raynes but not out of sight of the birth of her daughter. a mid wife gathered the child and showed the mystics that the placement of the broach bonded through her tiny form unto her little heart. the infant did not cry at all. after she was swelled with in the crimson cloth, she was handed to the lord blacksoul~

~the raynes crest was wrapped around the child as he walked the baby to draven. he sat upon the throne within the room. although lady raynes lay in the pains of baring the infant she did her best to watch her daughter being placed in the arms of her future husband. lord raynes walked to the throne. he bowed low to the boy. his words sincere~

“love her lord draven. crave her within her youth, her seed within her is from ye. with her ye both shall bare our future. willingly or not”

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
“mmmmmmmmmmm”
~he was standing there, more then within his own shadows. her arms a ‘bout her husband thriving on the pleasures he fed within her. her body excepting all his attention. but to allow david to know that they were being watched would not be enjoyment to her husband. coltessa’s mind fell into draven’s soul~
“leave me. i love him draven. i hath ne’er loved thee this way. his pleasers art wanted art wanted by mine body. mine heart and mine soul. leave mine chambers draven. mine powers will hurt ye. if ye do not leave, i shall betray our bond if ye do not. leave now”
~she felt his anger. saw the pain of his love for her building in his eyes. for the first time, she felt his true love. not the love of the contract or the reason for such a contract. but like the love she had for her david. as his shadowed form slowly left the scene of her david making love to her that love became obsession. something that would evade her own heart should thing progress with draven being within the black kingdom. but as he fully removed him self from her sight. her breath stolen by the words she had only heard from him that day he first held her at her birth. something the mystics did not know of. she felt the power of that chant evade her from releasing the draven’s seed within her. preventing her to bare david the child he dreamed of sharing with her~
~as her david held her close, her own tears bore shape, but she refused to allow them to fall. she loved her husband. draven may have prevented a child to be conceived on their wedding night. but all he did was harden the heart of her to even believe she would ever bare a child because of him. because of a betrothal she wanted no part of. a love she did not have for the “lord of lost souls~
Lord Draven ~Blacksoul~ Vah Hollynn ~Withervane's Heir of the House of Blacksoul of withervane~
~willingly or not ~ she’s mine lestat~
~he didn’t look toward the dog hiding or at least think it was not noticed. had he seen how he grabbed her he was sure there would have been more then that leach david trying to stop him from taking back what belong to him. rightfully his. her screeches he must not have heard either for he would not be able to withstand what her voice could do~
~through the mysts, draven felt it were best to just leave and let his son have at him. lord gage had no clue just what coltessa’s contract held her to. he had no idea even for his type of vamyre bloodline what she was born to do for all the vampyre nation. the mysts caught him and he was gone from there. as he felt his form back in the dark, cool corridors of the blacksoul house, his fists pounded his dead flesh upon the wall.his deadened blood poured down the wall. he turned and his backside slid down the wall in a pain he never knew he would feel~
~he growled at the thoughts tugging at him. his own voice echoing in the corridor, anger bleeding through. running his fingers through his hair he noticed the mirror leaning up against the bricks across from him. unknowing of his actions, he crawled to the mirror. was that a tear? was his heart still able to feel that ache of being hurt? when she came back to withervane, the coven ha welcomed her home with so much love and support. though coltessa was the only one able to see him, if only in her dreams that he stalked powerfully. They had come to know each other. they had talked of the contract. How it made them feel. She had been blunt and honest about her intentions~
~she had cried in his arms speaking of her love for that thoughtless fool. he had let her marry him. his anger with that though lashed out as the sound of the mirror being shattered echoed through the silence. she had confided in him. he felt her heart. even though the broach was felt through her dressing, he felt the pain of david allowed her to be broken of. draven was never taught to love. the contract to him was blood binding before coltessa was birthed. Draven’s blood injected into her heart as she was being birthed. the broach the binding needle that pierced their blood together in betrothal~
~he remembered that day. how their father’s contracted coltess a to him. her purity before their binding would grant draven one seed of life for the whole vampyre nation. darkness would bot be all they would be succumbed to. daylight, would allow them to day walkers like coltessa. their blood would grant the next vampyre generations new life. it was the only seed given to coltessa by the mystics~
~his fists shattered more glass before his anger held what was left of the mirror in his hands and he sent it flying. He could not let that in valent, low life loser mix his seed with his coltessa. his hope, he had built hope within his own cold, dead heart. he had held her. grew to feel that he could love her~
~his form took him to the outskirts of the lestat estates. she would feel him there. he wanted her too. as he hid within the darkest part of their bed chambers he knew he would lose it if he stayed to long. the sounds of love making plagued him bit he didn’t dare look. He would kill the fool. his fists clutched to every thrust she felt of him within her. he wanted to lash out, make him wish he never knew the lady coltessa raynes~
~his form shadowed as he near their bed. david would not know him to be that close to them. he looked down on coltessa. allowing his soul to remind her of who she was already bound too. her body glistened bare beneath that monster. he had never seen coltessa so beautifully sculpted. gowns always hid her impurities from him. but in her dreams those gowns were of satin with no bodices to control how her form moved. damn how he wanted to jerk him off of her. incapacitate him so he could be become the one spilling his seed within her~
~he caught her eyes as her hands grasped him. she knew he was there. his silent voice screamed at her as david finished treating himself to such pure flesh. the spell spent within her mind would prevent his seed binding with hers. he did his vengeance for that night. his form vanished before coltessa could truly believe that draven prevented a child being created by that betrayer~
~back with the house of blacksoul, he was back on the floor. a few more tears shedding as he screamed out gage’s name. vengeance would still be his. if david’s own son could not stand the want of him with his stepmother. maybe gage could help him get coltessa back to withervane. back to the life she was contacted to all those years aga. long before she even knew david lestat existed. he would not plead with anyone. least of all those two fools thinking coltessa could be anything more than what they think they have with her. coltessa was his. his alone. they both would soon be convinced that the only thing best for all involved was for them to allow draven to take his betrothed back to withervane, willingly or not, coltessa was his~
Black King Gage LeStat, Unconditionally Loves _ Married To Black Queen Helena Laine LeStat Site Co Owner, BE Emperor, BK Ruler, Mr Duggars Mentor (Jacket Slut) BK BE TBC TGB SH HOD
The Bastard Of The Black Kingdom 2nd entry
Gage stood below the cliffs that night, He saw Draven looking from behind some tall shrubbery upon the black Kingdom Forest floor. "Blacksoul, Vah Hollynn, why do you enter my kingdom, who are you looking for?" Gage said under his breath. The Moon was full, the tapestry above them, was littered with stars. Gage noticed a candlelit pathway going up the cliffs. There were three people up there, though he had no clue, whom they were.
Gage looked back at Draven. "I wonder who is up there, must be mine Mama heart, Lady Coltessa Raynes. That is what he whom lurks from behind the shadows, must be watching." This angered Gage. What went on within Withervane, was not of his concern, but The Black Kingdom was a different story. His Mama Coltessa, was protected in his kingdom. Gage quickly shifted into wolf form, before he was noticed.
Upon all fours, the grey wolf walked towards Draven. He sat on his hindlegs and awaited to see what Draven was doing there. Couldn't be a good thing. Gage knew within his blackened heart, that it had to most assuredly be Coltessa, upon the cliffs. His wolf senses noticed a familiar stench. He peered with his blue eyes up at the cliffs. A man was there with Coltessa also from his observation, a man in a clergyman's attire stood there in front of Coltessa and the unknown Gent. Why would a Holy man walk among his kingdom?
Gage kept his canine eyes upon Draven Vah Hollynn. He would glance back and forth between Blacksoul Vah Hollynn and the cliffs. What was going on up there? Gage wanted to know, so he took liberty to go and see for himself. To his disbelief stood his Supposed Dead Bastard Father in a tacky suit, alongside the fair maiden Lady Coltessa, dressed in an elegant gown. Gage glared at David; then began to growl low, still keeping his distance he looked back towards Draven Vah Hollynn, whom had moved form his last location. "Damned him, Where did that Son Of A Bitch go?"
Gage knew in his dark heart that this was a wedding. David had lured his Mama back in, after his long disappearance. He was taken for dead for a century, leaving his Mama to grieve, to mourn him. All for nothing. All those years of severe suffering. How dare David show up here now, after all this time had passed. David had forsaken both Gage and Coltessa. Gage watched them together, his Mama seemed happy and blessed. This quieted the wolf, then he lay down upon the cliff side to watch what was transpiring.
Gage could hear the holy man delivering the wedding ritual speech. This made Gage sick to stomach. How could his Mama marry this heinous man that did her so very wrong? What power did David possess over his Mama? Was she there upon the cliffs because it was her choice, or had David possessed her to become his wife again. This was wrong. Very, very, wrong. Gage knew now precisely what Draven was doing, he was observing the same nightmare, as he himself was.
Draven got closer, Gage moved forward on his paws, staying low to the ground so he wouldn't be seen. As the wedding commenced, Gage was full of disgust and pure rage. He knew how Draven must be feeling, seeing the charade that was taking place before their eyes, they both an audience to foolery. David did not deserve Coltessa. Neither did Draven. Gage stayed back, paying full attention to the words being spoken between that evil, selfish, Bastard and his Mama.
Coltessa was lovely in the moonlight, she was one of the most beautiful women in the kingdom. Gage was hurt deeply by watching what was occurring. His obsidian heart mourned for Coltessa now. She was actually taking back Gage's bastard Father to be her husband once more. Why would she do this after all he did?
This was something Gage couldn't fathom. Why? There was a myriad of reasons to be disenchanted at what he was witnessing. Gage would not interfere, unless Blacksoul Vah Hollynn did, then he would proceed with an attack. Not to protect David. Gage couldn't give a shit less, what happened to David. It was Coltessa, his canine eyes were watching over. He would protect her, if need be. Gage did not fear Lord Draven, not in the least. He understood what Draven was doing there. He did not like it, not one bit. Gage sensed Draven was unhappy as well. Gage could feel Draven's rage amplify, as the words of the couple were being exchanged.
As the nuptials commenced, Gage became more agitated and found himself wanting to slay David. He had killed within his family tree before, this would be no different. Gage would not feel sorry, nor saddened, if he killed David. To Gage, David was rubbish. David needed to be discarded like yesterdays trash, then asked to leave and never return. David was worse than scum that formed upon water inside of a commode.
Gage knew in his dark heart this was what Coltessa wanted. If not, she would not partake in such nonsense, as this whole ordeal was. It was clear to Gage that his Mama still loved David, with her entire heart. Such a pity. Coltessa deserved far better, than to be with a man who left her years ago, without an explanation or even a simple goodbye.
David left no letter excusing himself, from their wedded home they shared. David just simply walked away in the middle of the night, like a coward would. He snuck out, leaving Coltessa to exist in a deep river of misery, for his decision to go away, he deserted her. Leaving for reasons that were unclear to him. Why had David decided to leave his beautiful wife, for his so called, disappearing act.
Gage had no clue, why David would do that to her. She certainly did not deserve such treatment, by a piece of shit, like his Bastard Father was. He had no right to betray her, in that fashion. But he did. David left them alone. Years passed turning into a century, without so much as a parchment explaining himself. This was unforgivable in Gage's heart. He wanted nothing to do with his heartless spineless Father, he was finished with him. David made his Mama happy for reasons he hadn't a clue for. But it was her choice, he would not intervene nor interfere with what was taking place, like it or not. it was what it was.
Finally Draven made his apparence known, as well as his discontent for what was occurring. Should Gage engage in a battle with this man. Absolutely not. He was just as unhappy with this charade as Draven was. He would not stick up for David. In his mind and heart David was undeserving. He didn't deserve Coltessa's love and affections. She was in Gage's mind to classy of a woman to retake this relentless fool back. It was her choice, so Gage kept his distance.
Draven had harsh words for Coltessa, regarding a contract between them. Gage did not know the stipulations of the contract. Nor did he care. Coltessa was too good for both men. His father nor Blacksoul Vah Hollynn, deserved such a lovely woman to be their wife. Coltessa was a good natured soul. She was being dragged into some kind of twisted facade, that David was pulling off. She was too good for him, He abandoned her. Gage knew her love for David, ran deep. He just couldn't understand her loyalty, to such an undeserving man. Gage did not understand her reasoning for wanting David, to marry him again. David was undeserving, of Coltessa. He did not hold a candle to her. She was too good for him.
Gage hoped for his Mama, this time it was forever. That David would not repeat the past. That he was in it forever. No leaving this time. Gage did not know why his father left, nor did he care. He knew David would lie to cover up the true facts of why he left. Gage did not care to hear him spew venom. So he never asked, his Bastard Father why he forsaken both he and Coltessa. He knew he wouldn't get the truth anyway. David was a good liar. Always had been always will be.
Gage knew this was having an impact on his marriage, He couldn't let go of the rage and hate. It was consuming him. It was not good for he and Helena's relationship. She was carrying twins, This was unfair to her, all of it. Gage was so full of confusion. He hated his father. He knew the anger ran too deep. It was not going to go away. He had to come up with a solution, so it would not affect he and Helena any longer.
She was carrying his twins. This stress was too much for her to take on being newly wed to Gage, she didn't know all the details of David's betrayal to him. He had to make a decision and quick. This was all affecting their marriage, They had only been married a couple of months, None of this was fair to Helena. He did not want to take a chance of the stress hurting Helena, or his unborn twins.
Gage paced around the patio area. "Think Gage how can you remedy this. How can you get things back to normal. You are consumed by it. It's not just going to go away. It will destroy you and Helena, if you allow it. David LeStat was not worth that." Gage loved his wife and needed this to go away and quickly. He paced for about an hour, deep in his thoughts. He finally came up with a solution.
Gage ran to his office, then put his pen, to a piece of parchment.
My Dearest friend Antigone,
I'm deep in a conundrum, that I cannot free myself from. My marriage is suffering because I am beyond angry. My bastard father has returned. He renewed his vows to my Mother tonight. I am so distraught. I'm angry. He doesn't deserve her. He took off about a century ago. No explanation, no letter, David just took off, faked his death. He left my Mama to mourn for a century, Tonight, they renewed their vows. I cannot deal with this. I want my Mama okay. I do not want him to pull the same shit again. He, is notorious. Selfish, a bastard. He left me alone to rebuild the kingdom after my mother took off, She destroyed Ninety percent of the Kingdom. Selene Denali helped me rebuild the kingdom to it's former glory. I am forever indebted to her for being my mentor and helping a boy of thirteen, rebuild and learn the royal ways of doing things. Antigone, if it had not been for her. I do not know what I would have done. I went on a killing rampage after he abandoned us. Killed my own kind. Some of my own family. I cannot get a grip on this. Once again, David is ruining my existence. I love Helena, she is pregnant with twins. My anger and frustrations are too much for her to bear. I need a spell. I trust you Antigone. I want you to make me forget him. David, my birth father. I don't want to remember him. Who he is, or anything. The things he did. I want it all released so I can go on with my existence without all of the weight, I am being forced to carry now that he has returned. I need this. You are the only one I trust. I don't want it to affect my relationship with my Stepmother Coltessa. I love her. I would die for her. She is my heart, I would never deliberately hurt her, so I don't want her included in the spell. Only my Father. I want to forget he ever existed. When I meet him, I want it to be legit. Like I've never ever saw this man in my existence. Can you do this for me. I need it done as soon as you are available to come to the Black Kingdom. Or, I can come to you. It just needs done, and as fast as you can. Helena doesn't deserve my attitude. I have been mean and unforgivable. I have let my rage consume me, she does not deserve this. She is keeping her smile going everyday for me, when I can clearly see pain written across her face. I want him to just go away, from my memory. Like he never existed. Can you do this for me? I will forever be grateful. You are a wonderful friend and I trust you to only place a spell upon Me and David. I don't want to remember a thing about him. His name, his face, that he is my father. I don't want him in my children's existence's. I don't want to remember his face, voice, laugh, anything. I want his pages written out of my book, Can you help me Antigone? I need you so desperately. I cannot exist this way. The mother fucker came back, like everything should just be dandy and we all supposed to just forget. I'm incapable of that. The wounds are cut too deep. I never ever want to have to have flash memories, say like if someone approached me and asked about him. I don't want to know the answers. I don't want him to be anything more than my Mother Coltessa's husband. I can build a relationship with him from fresh as two men whom do not know each other. One thing I want. The harder he tries to get me to remember him, the deeper my forgetfulness will go. I want no surprise memories either. I want him illuminated from my head and heart. I trust, you can make this happen. Hopefully soon. I need you, Antigone. You are like a sister to me, and I know you wont mess this up. This truly is my best option. It's my only option. I want to remain close to my Mama Coltessa, she is my Mom. I love her, I want none of that to change. When I hear the name David, I want the spell to go deeper and deeper. I trust we can arrange this, my dearest friend, You're like a sister to me, you always have been. That's why I trust you with this request.
Thank you,
Your Brother,
Black King Gage LeStat
