Two roses from two different lands: A letter sent (Storyline with Jasmine)

Some added background

Malantha Sultan, an Ottoman Princess who was kept hidden for most of her life. She is the twin of Mihrimah Sultan and daughter of Hurrem and Sulieman Sultan. One would think that would give her everything in the world and she would be able to go anywhere that she wanted. That wasn’t not the case for her or any of her sisters, for females in the Islamic culture especially those of status had to act and follow certain ways. In any case, Malantha enjoyed her life for how it was, though at times she wished that she had a little more freedom. Those on the outside would think that the Sultan family was perfect, but like most families had a dark secret that had been kept for centuries. The secret dated back to Osman I, the founder of the Ottoman Empire and the ancestor of all.

Even still it did not just fall upon him, for one cannot choose who they love. He fell hard for a Desert Rose with witchy heritage. Their union would cause a ripple effect throughout the Sultan family line, and some would gain special abilities from the witch side of the family. The others would be normal mortals and would take place out in public keeping a strong family image. This did not mean that the ones with magical abilities were left out, they were simply kept in the shadows to push forward the power of the Ottomans.

A letter sent

Under the reign of Suleiman Sultan, known as Suleiman the Magnificent. The Ottoman Empire had entered a Golden Age through his reign and conquest. The royal family had grown stretching into other kingdoms which became political allies. It was because of how large the family had become that Malantha had so many relatives that at times it could be said that it was hard to keep up with everyone.

One such relative lived so far away the only way that Malantha could keep in touch with her was through letters. The land of Agrabah held within it a relative that the Imperial Rose held dear to her heart. Malantha wrote to her as often as she could to keep her updated on what was going on with the empire and to see how things were with her.

This day was no different as the Shadow Witch sat down at her desk, picked up a quill, grabbed the finest ink, and the best paper she had. Once everything was gathered, Malantha began to write.

” En sevdiğim kuzenim” (My dearest Cousin),

” I hope this letter finds you well and your father as well. I have missed you so much. Mother says hello and Mahidevran, well to be more exact Antigone Tenebris-Aurelius-Antoninus sends her best wishes as well. I hope soon that I can go to Agrabah, and we can spend some time together once more. It will be a chance to get away from court life well as much court life as I am able to have been a witch in an Islamic country. I know I should be thankful for my position in this land, just wish I had some time not being hidden away.

I know this may be an odd time to send this letter, but I felt that I should reach out to you. I am not sure why, but something told me that it would be a good thing. Perhaps the shadows are speaking to me again, who knows really. They always seem to know something before I do.

Hope to hear from you soon. Love you my dearest cousin.

Many blessings,

Malantha Sultan I”

She knew the letter was short, but she did not want to write so much that it could bore Jasmine to death. Allowing the ink to dry for a moment, Malantha looked outside the window to watch the people within the Empire go about their lives. Turning back to the paper, Malantha touched a small of one of the letters to see if everything was dried. Once she felt that it was dry enough, the Shadow Witch put into an envelope, took a necklace that she had made for her, put the necklace within the envelope along with the letter, then sealed it with a wax seal that was made just for her with her symbol, and called one of the eunuchs that was just out her study door. As he came through the door, Malantha wrote Jasmine’s name upon the front of the envelope then looked up at him with a smile upon her face.

” Sümbül Ağa lütfen buraya gelir misin?” (Sümbül Ağa, Will you please come here?), she said making sure everything was sealed well. “Evet Sultanım? Nasıl hizmetinizde olabilirim?” (Yes, my Sultana? How may I be at your service?) Sümbül Ağa replied bowing his head. “Bu mektubun Agrabahlı Prenses Jasmine Sultan-Ababwa'ya ulaşmasını sağlar mısın? Lütfen bunu benim için olabildiğince çabuk yapın, bunun ona ulaşması gerekiyor” (Will you make sure that this letter gets to Princess Jasmine Sultan-Ababwa of Agrabah? Please do this for me as quickly as possible this needs to get to her).

The Shadow Witch asked with a slight smile upon her face looking at the eunuch who became a good friend to her mother when she was first brought to the country and who became a close friend to her as well. She held out the letter for Jasmine and Sümbül Ağa bowed his head gently taking it from her hand. “Evet Sultanım. Elimizdeki en hızlı haberciyle oraya hızla ulaşmasını sağlayacağım.” (Yes, My Sultana. I will make sure it gets there quickly with the fastest messenger we have.) He bowed once more, backed out the door, then quickly closed the door, and went to go do as she ordered.

The Shadow Witch sat back down in her chair, took a deep breath, then felt a shadow slither up her left arm and around her neck. She smiled looking down as another slithered around her left hand while the other around her neck settled around it and yet did not tighten. The shadows would never do anything to harm Malantha for she had become long ago the Shadow Witch. As she sat rubbing her thumb around the one who was slithering around her left palm, Malantha looked out the window once more almost trying to see Agrabah from her window in the Ottoman Empire, Turkey. A smile slowly went across her face as she saw a messenger riding in the direction of the Agrabah and a portal opening allowing the messenger to go through.

Two Roses from Two different Worlds: Hope always (Storyline with Jasmine.)

Fear is a powerful tool and one that could bring the end to someone who has great abilities far beyond their own understanding. Malantha could feel that perhaps Jafar wanted to take out Jasmine due to the fact she had so much power flowing through her veins. Malantha gave a soft smile towards her cousin, her cousin’s husband, and Rajah. She listened to her cousin speak for a moment and gave a slight nod knowing what she said was the truth.

“With all he shouldn’t be an issue. Perhaps he wanted to take you out feeling that if anyone more came to your aid then he would be outnumbered and out powered.” She said with her thick Turkish accent. Malantha felt in the back of her mind that Jafar was nothing more than a little man so to speak that had great power and feared others with it. He of course craved the throne and the power that came with it. However, she knew that he would be able to uphold it even if he was able to gain the throne. Malantha would not allow this, nor would she allow anything to happen to her cousin nor her cousin’s family or the kingdom of Agrabah.

The Shadow Witch looked down at the irritated tiger who was at her cousin’s side. Something the tiger was sensing that even she nor the shadows could sense. But what was it? That was something heavy upon her mind even as she heard her cousin’s voice speaking to Rajah. She could tell that Rajah and Jasmine had a very close bond with each other. She looked up for a moment thinking she saw a bird flying. The bird allowed the wind to carry it and the slight color of red seemed to come in her view upon the bird. Malantha looked back towards her cousin then saw a tear slide down her cousin’s face. Seeing such a thing, the Imperial Rose became extremely worried. She did not know why but she felt that something was shown to Jasmine and only to her.

Taking a deep breath, Malantha removed her hand from the cup that she had been drinking from then put both hands into her lap. Giving just a slight nod, “I saw the bird, though I did not see the vision that you have seen. He is trying to scare you into submission it seems. He is more of a shower than a teller.” She said in a calm tone. “If you feel that it was legitimate then it was, but you can easily change his plans. You can fight against what he wishes to do.”she replied in a stronger tone of voice, but not yelling.

“We will not become ashes. You are Agrabah and it is you. You, my cousin, are a Sultan. You have within you something he will never have. Greatness. You were born great, and he attempts to be great by taking things from others instead of doing good.” Malantha took a deep breath once more allowing the shadows swirl around her arms and up her neck as if they were a chocker. “I will do everything I can to help you. We all of us together will stop this, my cousin.” She gave a brave smile upon her face and looked towards her cousin. Malantha’s pearl white eyes flashed brightly as the sunlight hit them and the shadows around her neck and arms did not shiver in fear from the light. They had become used to such things now that they had Malantha to use them and to protect her. “We only have to come up with a plan.”

Two Roses from Two different Worlds: The Next move (Storyline with Malantha.)

Jasmine is so extremely happy with her family with her husband Aladdin her true love, and her father the Sultan and her cousin Malantha. Her entire family is always there for her as she is for them. This time they were battling a far more powerful magic with Jafar. Spending time with her family and hearing what her cousin had to say she smiled at her. She petted Rajah, who is always by her side.

She took sip of her drink knowing there was so much they needed to prepare for "With all of us together trust me we will win against him. Jafar has never seen the power I have; I have not used it yet. Not my full powers, but at least if he dares try to take our kingdom, he will see a wrath like nothing anyone has seen before. Jafar thinks he controls me believe me with my family where he will not stand a chance."

She was feeling stronger after what she said to all of them even if the sorcerer tried taking her again. It got to a point of anger that would help her fight against him, her family as well will be there with her. Aladdin saved her last time from Jafar; she truly loves her husband and all her family. She looked at Rajah, was a bit intrigued by something as her pet tiger tried to get her attention with his paw on her hand.

She petted him "what is it my dear friend what is it you see." Suddenly she saw a red bird fly through the castle. At that moment seeing the alarming future of Agrabah. Seeing the city, it was completely demolished. After a horrific fire had spread through the city and hearing the screams of the people, even the smaller children. It was beyond chaos; it was destruction, and the worst kind. Tears slid down her face not knowing her husband and cousin were watching. Her hands began to shake, and the glass fell from her fingers the hearing the noise of the shattered glass.

As she snapped out of the vision, realizing what happened, that it wasn't genuine, still it was an awakening to her. Enlightened her to what truly could happen to the people she vowed to protect looking at Aladdin and Malantha." Did you see the red bird fly over us? It belongs to Jafar I just had the most nightmarish vision. Agrabah and its people were burned to the ground, a part of me knows it was just a vision. The bird had the power to show the future it dramatized more than I realized. Was it legitimate? Wondering if this is what we all become, ashes?"

Greed over power is a powerful emotion that can rule a person if they allow it. This man named Jafar allowed himself to be taken over by greed of power. This was a dangerous slope for along with this came other dark emotions or needs that would create even more issues for everyone within Agrabah. Malantha did not have a personal experience of someone within her life that went insane with abilities, but power of status that was often common among the ranks of the inner court of her father. The spiritual pressure within the palace shifted from dark to light, but in the back of Malantha’s mind the slight sense of darkness crept in. This darkness that seemed to linger was not from Malantha’s shadow at all for they had their own type of signature.

One thing was for sure; Jafar was not one that would give up that easily. Someone like him would create more issues if not handled properly. In the Shadow Witch’s mind, the only way to deal with someone like Jafar was to eliminate him from the world of the living. Which also meant that he would have to be eliminated from the spiritual world. This was because he could create issues even within the spiritual realm. Malantha knew this from the fact that Antigone and the rest of the Tenebris siblings taught her as much when it came to dealing with such people.

Malantha took a sip of her drink and listened to her cousin. Understanding that it could be difficult for someone like Jafar to be defeated, Malantha knew it was her duty to help those in need, especially if they are her blood. Malantha put down the cup that she was drinking from and gave a slight nod. “Heavy is the crown when one wears it. Many wish to wear, but few can handle the weight that comes with it.” The Imperial Rose stated with a soft warm tone within her voice. “He won’t get away with it. Far from it. The time has come for him, and he probably feels it. Evil can only last for a short time after all.” Malantha took a deep breath, “I sensed there was something more to your gift than many have seen including myself.” She said placing her hand over her heart.

Malantha studied, Jasmine for a moment then looked around where they were to see if she could sense anything else. The smell of lasting effects of Jafar’s magic hung in the air. Malantha gave another nod, taking in a breath of air as she tucked her long, brown hair behind her ears. “I’ll help; you find out how to defeat him. Two Sultans are better than one after all” she said with a slight smirk upon her face. She gave a slight nod and sipped upon the drink once more.

She theorized after seeing what he had done before to Jasmine was being used for his conquest. In essence, Malantha felt that after seeing what happened to Jasmine before that she was being used a pawn. This could be because besides the Sultan himself, Jasmine was next or the closet to the throne. She gave a comforting smile towards her cousin, “I promise cousin. He will not have that chance. If anything, he will wish he had never tried to use you as a pawn to the throne. You are very powerful, and Jafar knows it. To take out the one who wears the crown with power would cause it to be easy to take over the kingdom. Jafar, though he is a fool for doing such is not stupid in this. It is a classic move.” She said with a soft smile. “Where do you think we should begin?”

Two Roses from Two different lands: One hell Of A Nightmare?(Storyline with Malantha.)

Blog Location: https://www.realmroleplay.com/view_blog.php?id=0000000858

Jasmine was very happy that things had finally calmed down or so she had hoped with Jafar on the loose her eyes were kept alert. They were sitting around and enjoying a quiet time so far in the castle. Her mind drifted back to the times in Storybrooke, the time they had with the sorcerous. As they were all talking, she slowly looked around the castle. It had a different sense to like something wasn't right.

After being taken by Jafar, her radar was on alert for a good reason and looking at everyone around, they knew she was alert. It was during that split second that her fears came true. Not realizing when with her family she was still the same yet had the apprehension of what was happening.

Being held against her will once again by the sorcerer this time her wrists were in chains. Trying to use any of the magic she could that all seemed to be astray. Wanting to see her family at that moment her mind was more worried for them being safe. "I will not let you get away with Jafar. I have a far fiercer gift than you realize. I have my family!"

Hearing Jafar's deeper laugh at what was said was almost offensive the way it sounded. Continuing to try and get the cuffs off her wrists, the pain was stronger now from the clutch of them to her skin. As her mind could see her family and watching her tiger who was walking around her chair. Trying to fight the imaging view that was before her. Her thoughts focused on what she at the castle, the ones she loved and needed her there.

Hearing her cousin's voice in her thoughts convinced her this was all evil powerful magic. Not really being there, it was Jafar’s magic and mind games that weren’t going to keep her there. Closing her eyes and phasing out the wizard’s voice and concentrating on her loved ones. The sense was real of her being able to have these images finally fade away and she woke up still with her family.

The first thing she saw was Rajah put his paw on her lap with a smile at her faithful friend. "Yes, this is where I belong here, where I was brought back, I know I have the powers over Jafar." Resting her mind once again to the reality that she is back home again. "My dear cousin, can you help me to be able to block the powers he has?"

Hopefully that would be the course she will not be taken away from home again. "I fear that Jafar is using me as a pawn, he is testing his powers on me. Once he is more powerful, he will take over Agrabah and all the people and us. It would be horrifying if he had control, not to mention what he would do after that."

Two Roses from Two different lands: Evil never sleeps (Storyline with Storyline with Jasmine)

Blog Location: https://www.realmroleplay.com/view_blog.php?id=0000000858

Evil cares not for whom the evil one causes trouble for, nor what destruction is left behind. All it craves is light to be no more or to have power. In the case of Jafar, Malantha though she knew of him only through stories felt that he only wanted power. However, with power comes a great responsibility that many did not want to take on. Those in power in essence become the servants of those who are their citizens, which includes the kingdom and those within their household (servants). Malantha could figure that a man like Jafar would not stop until he got what he wanted or until he was eliminated from the world. Though the Ottoman Empire had not experienced such evil with magic like Jafar there had been several types of evil that came against it. However, going against those who only knew how to combat was much easier than magic. Her father and brothers could easily take care of such people who fought with weapons, but she and those like her would be the only ones to fight against magic users.

Those who held power should always know that it comes with an even greater experience of responsibility. The Shadow Witch understood this in a greater way than most both on the mortal power of responsibility given her position in life and the fact that she held power. The Imperial Rose wanted to not only make those who were “normal” proud of who she was, but those within the magical realm. She understood that as a princess that she would have to sacrifice herself for the greater good, however, even more so for the magical realm’s protection. She would do anything for her family even if that meant giving up her life.

Seeing that Jasmine was unharmed, Malantha gave a slight smile giving her a hug back then looked around always wanting to be on the alert. After hearing Jasmine speak, Malantha turned her head towards her and gave a nod. She followed them for it had been a long time since she had been in the palace of Agrabah. Malantha looked around as they walked through the halls having memories of Jasmine and her younger playing through them. She smelted the wonderful smells of the food coming from the kitchen. A smile appeared on her face as she felt a small memory come again to her mind of the few times she stayed over with her cousin. No matter if she was there in Agrabah or back in the Ottoman Empire, both kingdoms felt like home in their own little ways.

Malantha gave a smile looking at everything and took a drink for herself. The Ottoman Princess took a small few sips of the drink while she listened to Jasmine. She looked at the tiger then back at her cousin. “Thank you for your kindness as well especially after everything you have gone through.” She said looking at her cousin with a slight smile but a worried look upon her face. Malantha was thankful that Jasmine not only had Rajah, or her father, but her husband Aladdin to be there for her too. Malantha listened to her cousin and tilted her head to the left as she began to think. “One’s mind is always a powerful tool. Many do not understand that without their mind true and strong than enemies can truly cause great harm.” She gave a nod. “He was indeed. I could sense and feel him. It’s hard to explain he has this presence.” she said feeling a chill go up and down her back.

Malantha watched the food be brought out and looked between Aladdin and Jasmine for a moment. She listened to her cousin as she got herself a small plate. “You guys make a good team.” She replied with a thick Turkish accent. Malantha gave a slight nod before taking a small sip of her drink. Once the sip went down her throat and was clear from her mouth, she spoke, “When your mind has been played with like yours was something as small as a room that isn’t there will feel real. I have only personally witnessed the effects of mind abilities upon another from when Antigone did it on a person to find the truth out of where one of my siblings was located. A person gains control of another person’s mind can truly gain control of their will and do as they wish with them.” The Shadow Witch thought for a moment once again, “Do you know if Jafar has abilities to block other’s?” she asked with her thick Turkish accent and a tilt to the left.

The pearl white eyes of the Shadow Witch saw the shift in Jasmine. “Jasmine breath and fight him.” She said knowing that the mind is under the control of the person who owns the mind. Meaning whose mind is within a person’s body was theirs to control no one else’s. She looked at Rajah and then at Aladdin seeing the tiger begin to pace back and forth. Standing up without a second thought, Malantha ran over towards Jasmine and placed her hand on her shoulder. The shadows slithered around Malantha’s wrist in the motion of a crazed snake. “We need to put a protective barrier up” Malantha could feel the shift in the spiritual pressure shift into a dark tone. Malantha could tell the shadows that were around her wrist felt uneasy as if a warning.

“JASMINE!” She screamed. “Fight it! He has no control unless you give it to him. He is nothing more than a little man who think his staff is bigger than it really is. Fight it. He only wants power, and you are above him. He was a servant of your father’s remind him. He served your father, you, and the kingdom. You know what it means to rule. Show him why you were born into this position of power.”

Two Roses from Two different lands:Images haunt her mind.(Storyline with Antigone.)

Trapped In Darkeness

It was so unbelievable that Jafar was back and causing havoc already she thought it might happen. Still, it caught her off guard. It would be an experience now that could keep her senses more alert. Looking around the place it was filthy knowing whatever this place was. That the sorcerer had made up this place her memory was going back to the horror that he caused her family.

Knowing her family her amazing and powerful husband and cousin are close by seeing Rajah not close to the wall. She wished that her faithful tiger had gone for help. Suddenly her thoughts were changed to seeing images of the past that wouldn't evacuate her mind. Became so powerful at times she had screamed until the images finished.

Jasmine paced around the back forth, being enclosed like this was a nightmare for her. Having that feeling Jafar knew this and is why he trapped her in darkness. Still, there was a sense of hope, knowing that Her husband and her cousin and Rajah would help her. She is so truly blessed to have a love like Aladdin, always loving and believing in him. Of course, her faithful friend, her tiger Rajah is always by her side.

Thinking her mind was playing tricks on her again she swore that she heard Aladdin and her cousin Malantha. Praying that it is true they found her it wasn't even a real place. It was something Jafar had made a place to torture her for not marrying him. Her one and only true love is her husband Aladdin, he is forever in her heart.

Remembering time back how she was trapped, Jafar tried to control her father. It was then truly Aladdin who came to the rescue and saved them both, she always believed in him. Suddenly she felt a sense of calmness when seeing figures of her beloved husband and cousin and Rajah. Aware that they were right on the other side of the wall.

Suddenly hearing her Malantha’s voice telling her to move back she slowly got up feeling a bit weak. She managed to get to the back wall as the stones of the structure slowly fell apart. She smiled with such happiness to see her family. She went and hugged her husband and cousin so tightly. She leaned down to hug Rajah while speaking in Arabic "قد ساعدت بالتأكيد في إنقاذلقد ساعدت بالتأكيد في إنقاذ“("You definitely helped save my guardian, my fierce protector.") Seeing her tiger bow his head as she pets him.

Time With Family

After hugging them all and being genuinely beholden to them, all she needed to worry about was her appearance. "I think we can all go to the better part of the castle and perhaps have a meal. After what happened I could use a night with family." She hoped they would agree it would be nice to discuss everything that happened."

She went to the kitchen to have a meal ready for them to bring out "Be sure Rajah gets his own plate." Smiling at the chefs as she joined her family in bringing out appetizer drinks. "Help yourself." she took a bit of the drink and was feeling calmer. Seeing Rajah by her side, she had to smile. "I want to thank you both for saving me. I truly do not know if this was real or in my mind. I should be ready in case Jafar tries this again. Yes, I did see him, I know for a fact he was real."

When the food was brought out to them, she saw Aladdin shake his head and smile at Rajah getting his own plate. "He is a part of the rescue team, and he deserves attention." She smiled at her husband and cousin "Still i have to know is Jafar playing with my mind? The room did not even feel real if that makes sense. Usually, the powers I have are able to sense that when danger is close I can't this time."

Suddenly as she mentioned that she started hearing his voice telling her he was going to steal her family. "No this isn't happening he is threatening me in my mind he is coming after all of us." After declaring what he said she was in another place only this time in chains. "NOOOOOO YOU CAN"T DO THIS. NOT AGAIN." after yelling at him to see her family were close again. "YOU STAY AWAY FROM THEM I SWEAR YOU WILL PAY THE PRICE!" Seeing her husband and cousin WERE frantic after seeing Rajah pacing around them, it felt like she was still with them yet far away.

Two Roses from Two different lands: (Storyline with Jasmine)

Blog Location: https://www.realmroleplay.com/view_blog.php?id=0000000858

It had been a long time since Malantha had traveled to the kingdom of Agrabah. She believed that it had been perhaps when she was a teen or just going into her adult years. Malantha could not remember. Because Jasmine and Malantha were family, Malantha would do all that she could to protect her cousin, the family, and the kingdom from being taken control over. A shadow slithered around her leg slowly making its way up her body to her neck. It settled around her neck as if it was a scarf.

As she walked through the portal, Malantha could hear sounds from different lands and even times. It was not a normal portal but one that could easily link a person to a different land or era depending on where they wanted to go. This could be a little troubling if they decided to mess with the past which could change the current timeline or to be more exact break the timeline continuum. Malantha took a deep breath as a group of shadows came from behind her quickly and began to swirl in midair. Malantha gave a nod seeing that the portal was opening once again. “Agrabah” she said with her thick Turkish accent stepping out of the portal then turning around as each of the shadows swirled once again to close the portal. Once the portal was closed, the shadows quickly merged into the one that was around Malantha’s neck.

“Thank you” she said speaking to them before turning around and to see if she could find her cousin. After walking a bit aways from where she had come out of the portal from, a man appeared, and Malantha could tell that he was in a hurry. In the back of her mind, she figured that the man was Aladdin. Looking around for a moment, the Imperial Rose could sense that there was great stress, worry, fear, and a slight evil within the very air. It was not that Agrabah was evil, but Malantha could feel that evil had already been there, and it was attached to the very stones surrounding her.

“You must be Malantha” he said with a smile walking towards her. Malantha gave a smile back and bowed her head, “you must be Aladdin, tis an honor to meet you.” She replied to him. “I can tell I came at the right time. Shall we go to see my cousin?” she asked, getting slightly worried with an uneasy feeling begin to appear inside her very soul. Malantha bowed once more to him showing him respect before being shown around to be led to her cousin.

Malantha was grateful to Aladdin to show her to where Jasmine was, yet something in the back of her mind began to trouble her. She could not figure what it was, however, knew something was wrong. As they walked, Malantha narrowed her eyes seeing the tiger Rajah coming towards them. “Does the tiger do that often?” she asked him. Aladdin looked and shook his head, “No! he is normally wherever Jasmine is.” Malantha knew this to be the truth due to when they were younger, Rajah was always around Jasmine’s side barely leaving it.

“Rajah what is it?” she asked bolting past Aladdin. Turning towards him with just her head, Malantha’s white eyes flashed. “Something is wrong.” She said in a slightly worried tone. She could sense and even feel the magic around them. The cold and dark magic left behind by someone with sinister dealings. Dark and light magic always left their own presence after someone used them. In fact, each person that was a holder of magic no matter if they were a user of dark or light left their own signature behind.

Following the tiger, Malantha placed one hand upon the wall and the other hand upon Rajah’s head. She looked down at the tiger and as if Rajah knew what she was asking nodded his head down once. A gasp escaped, Malantha’s lips, “She is behind her.” She said moving her other hand from Rajah’s head to the wall. “Jasmine?” she said in a panic. Malantha could feel the magic bouncing off the wall. Malantha closed her pearl white eyes for a moment allowing the magic around her to help guide her to a location.

The location of the wall was the weakest part of the wall which would be the easiest way to get Jasmine out from behind the wall. Once she found it, the Shadow Witch smirked a little as she opened her eyes and turned her head towards Aladdin then Rajah. “Umbrae, hinc tenuissimum locum effodiunt. Malum perrumpere magicam. Perrumpe, ut salvem cognatum meum.” (Shadows, break through the weakest spot here. Break through the evil magic. Break through to save my cousin).

Malantha knew that the only way to fight dark magic or sorcery was through dark magic. Though, Malantha was the Shadow Witch, her abilities were that of darker magic than most. There was a light form of her magic, but she tended to cling to the shadows. She knew she truly had yet to master the shadow magic just yet, but she had enough that when she gave the command the shadows began to swirl around where her hand was placed upon the wall. The shadows began to make their way through the wall and expanded outwards as shadows from all around them began to form into one huge shadow at the point of the wall where Malantha’s hand was placed.

Seeing it was time, Malantha moved her hand back, took a step backwards, and watched as cracks began to form throughout the wall. “Jasmine move back slightly so you don’t get hurt.” She said as the cracks began to break pieces of the wall and the shadows slowly consumed the breaking parts of the structure. Malantha’s eyes widened, and a smile appeared on her face as the barricade broke down completely. “Hello cousin.” Malantha said with a smile still upon her face, a thick Turkish accent as the shadows finished breaking down the barricade down consuming it quicker till it was completely done.

The wall now broken, Malantha held out her hand as the shadows form into a smaller shadow and slithered their way towards her. They slithered their way up her body to her hand and settled there as if they were a snake. The danger was not yet finished, of course Malantha knew that, but at least for now it was slowed down for a moment.

I have permission to use Aladdin and Malantha's names

Threats to Agrabah

After Jasmine had written the letter to her dear cousin going back to seeing her amazing husband Aladdin there. Wanted to tell him again about her cousin arriving soon. Placing her hand around her husband’s hand. "I am truly worried Jafar is nearby, I know you fought, and I know you fought him and won. I fear he has ways of coming back, not only is. I fear Agrabah is in danger, I know with our magic and my cousin's arrival we will win."

Hearing her husband was well aware of what was said hearing him speak of their castle." Jasmine, I assure you our castle has very tight security and every place here is protected. If we are both having the same sense of what might be causing all the danger. We will be sure to extend security not only here in town." She smiled more, loving her husband so completely in her heart and soul.

She feared by the power that Jafar had over her father trying to control him and wanting to marry her. Aladdin had saved them both it brought their families even closer together. She had truly missed her cousin and aunt in ways she felt bad for not contacting them sooner.

After Aladdin had gone to double the security around the castle, she went to look around the inside making sure security was set up where it needed to be. Especially having them all watched over as well. Noticing the shadow was following her it did make her feel safer. After walking around the castle everything looked secure.

Still in her mind she felt that there was some sort of danger ready to be seen. She hoped that her thought of Jafar being around was not the danger. With her husband checking everything gave her ease as well as her cousin arriving.

Past Haunting Memories

Going back to where she was seeing once again her tiger Rajah close by here. She still to this day believes that is mother that died years ago. Petting as he went by her side; she petted him as her mind drifted back to when Jafar had controlled her father, the Sultan. It was a fear of her thinking that would have been permanent. The fact that Aladdin saved them both eased her mind.

For some reason those memories came flooding back in her mind wondering if it was the evil Sorcerer. Suddenly feeling like her entire body was drifting back to the time she was trapped in the enormous hourglass. Recollection of hearing the sand as slowly escaped the narrow passageway. It began to fill the bottom bulb that had her trapped inside.

If it wasn't for Aladdin and his magic carpet, a fear goes through her mind. Of what would have happened to her and her father, it was a nightmare for her. Worse Jafar had gotten married to her, that would have been pure evil to her. She hadn't realized that they were not memories any more Jafar had trapped her.

Memories That Trapped The Princess

Looking around has things had changed for some reason the darkness she was in never cleared up. She started to yell for Aladdin and her cousin Jasmine was shown pictures somehow. When she saw the shadow had delivered her cousin letter the princess was trapped.

"What is this? I know someone is there. WHO ARE YOU…SHOW YOURSELF NOW?" In ways that might have been a mistake to ask when seeing who it was. "Jafar? What in God’s name is all this...LET ME GO HOME...TO MY FAMILY I ORDER YOU! Then Hearing his voice "My Princess, I have you now, all to myself, you seriously think I'd allow you to leave." She looked at him with pure hatred and for everything he stood for. "You are forgetting Jafar I have family ones that will find me I completely believe that with my heart and soul." She looked at him with fire in her eyes for what he is doing here.

"Jasmine, I shall leave you for now till I figure out what to do with that family of yours. There is plenty of food and water here, just don't try anything…you know my powers. You will feel the torture" She saw him vanish she looked around the place. Suddenly looking at the wall she saw Aladdin and her cousin seeing the worry in their faces.

She hit the wall with the palm of her hands screaming out their names. Knowing they couldn't see her; she slid down to the floor watching them hoping they would see her. Then she saw her Tiger Rajah walk up to the wall as if he could see her. Seeing him scratching his claws against the walls putting her hand on the wall. Seeing Rajah do the same thing. He could see her hoping with her heart the others would do as well.

Knowing it was just an at least that’s what she thought the sorcerer meant by torture. The fact she could see her family they could see her watching as Rajah went to her husband and Malantha. Masking care that he brought them to the wall as her tiger paced back and forth in front of it.

Upon Malantha sending the letter off, she had to quickly get back to her duties of court. Though she and others like her within the Sultan family were hidden away; they still had their duties to keep the empire going. Malantha understood that she had a duty to the empire as many of them within the family did. She knew it was as if she was paying to grow the empire as best of her abilities could, which was mostly dealing with political gain and protection.

The Imperial Rose, knew that it could take some time for both the letter to reach Jasmine and for a reply. After all, they did live miles away from each other and both had things to tend to in their respectable kingdoms. Every now and then, Malantha would look outside her study window to see if the messenger was heading back towards the palace.

As she knew it would, it took a few days to get to Jasime then to have the return message. Barging into her study, the eunuch Sümbül Ağa came in breathing heavily from running. “Your mother received the message from Princess Jasmine, my Sultana. As is tradition, she receives all messasges that come into the harem. Once she saw who it was from, she sent me in a hurry.” He said with a bow of his head and walked towards her with the message held out.

Malantha looked up at him from the pile of paperwork she had piled upon her desk. “Thank you, Sümbül Ağa” she said with a smile upon her face as she gently took the letter into her hands. Malantha sat back down on the chair that was in front of her desk and opened the letter gently. The Imperial Rose read over the letter slowly gathering all the information that was within it that her beloved cousin had written on the paper. At once, Malantha knew she had to respond to announce her travel there as was proper custom. She grabbed the quill, the ink, and paper. After dipping the quill into the ink, Malantha began writing.

"Dearest cousin,

I miss you and your family deeply. It has been sometime. Shall tell Antigone that of you sending your love and that you miss her too. I know she will be very happy to hear that. Jafar? I feel that I have heard of that name from somewhere before and yet I don’t know where. I am coming there to help. You are my beloved cousin and shall do all I can to protect you, your father, husband, and land. I will ask both my mother Hurrem and Mother Antigone. I know it is very odd. Unfortunately, father has decided to do the harem thing. I know they will agree to all this. I shall come swiftly.
Please use the shadow that comes delivering this correspondence to you. Once I get the word, I can come from both mothers then I shall come through a portal. Father is too busy to ask such questions. However, my dearest cousin, you have my word that I shall be there quickly.”

The Shadow Witch, looked over the letter carefully making sure that it said everything she wished to say then sealed it with her wax seal. The eunuch Sümbül Ağa looked at her with a worried look upon his face knowing that something was wrong. “Valide Sultan? Yanlış olan ne? Prenses Yasemin iyi mi?” (Sultana? What is wrong? Is Princess Jasmine alright)? He asked her and she could tell his worried tone within his voice. Taking a deep breath, Malantha shook her head before she replied to him.

(No, there is an emergency that needs to be dealt with. A great evil had attempted to take control of the Sultan of Agrabah which would give him full control of Agrabah. Jasmine thinks there is someone trying to take control once more. I must go quickly). Without a second thought or a moment for Sümbül Ağa to reply, Malantha turned to the shadow that was slithering around her hand. “Accipe hoc nuntium ad Aenean cognatum meum. Mane cum illa ut eam tuendam dum venio. Non solum hanc, sed virum, patrem, et quoscumque carum habet.” (Take this message to my cousin Jasmine. Stay with her to protect her till I come. Protect not only her, but her husband, father, and anyone else dear to her).

The shadow tightens its grip around her arm before slithering towards the letter. Once the shadow was fully around the letter, it caused the correspondence to disappear, then waited for Malantha to open a portal for it. She turned to the side, put her other hand out, and opened a portal for it. “Celeriter. Non tempus terere.” (Quickly. Must not waste time). The last words leaving her mouth, the shadow slithered into the portal.

Seeing the last bit of the shadow disappearing into the portal, Malantha closed it then turned towards Sümbül Ağa. “Annemler nerede? Onlarla konuşmalıyım.” (Where are my mothers? I must speak with them). Sümbül Ağa bowed his head, “Bahçelerdeler Sultanım. Sana liderlik edeceğim.” (They are in the gardens, my Sultana. I shall lead you). Sümbül Ağa opened the door for Malantha, began walking, and Malantha followed him.

In the Gardens:

The hallways of the palace could cause one to get lost if they did not know where they were going. There were many that led to nowhere just a dead end. Those in the royal family as well as those who were close to the royal family used this to their advantage. It did not take Sümbül Ağa and Malantha long to make it to the gardens. The Turkish gardens were in full bloom and the smell of the flowers would hit a person causing it to be known that they were there. Malantha took in the sweet scent of each flower as she walked towards where her mothers sat with their ladies.

It was uncommon for Hurrem Sultan and Antigone Tenebris (Mahidevran Sultan) got along. Malantha looked at her birth Mother Hurrem and second Mother Antigone with a smile upon her face. She heard the announcement of her arrival and saw her mothers turn towards her. Both had a worried look upon their faces as if they knew something was wrong. “ Dişi aslanım mı? Yanlış olan ne?” (My lioness? What is wrong)? Hurrem said, holding out her hand towards Malantha as a signal to come towards them.

Antigone bowed her head and gave a slight nod looking in Malantha’s direction. The Imperial Rose bowed to both Hurrem and Antigone showing them both respect. “Anneler, Jasmine'e yardım etmek için Agrabah'a gitmeliyim. Birinin babasını ve dolayısıyla Agrabah'ı bir kez daha ele geçirmeye çalıştığını hissediyor. Daha önce de Cafer adında bir büyücü bunu denemişti.” (Mothers, I must go to Agrabah to help Jasmine. She feels that someone is trying to take over her father thus Agrabah once again. It was attempted once before by a sorcerer named Jafar). Both women looked at each other for a moment, Antigone allowed Hurrem to speak first for Malantha was her actual blood daughter.

“Tehlikeli. Bir yeteneğin olduğunu ve senin deyiminle gölgelerle ilgili bir yeteneğe sahip olduğunu biliyorum. Ama sen bir kadınsın. Babanın bunu kabul edeceğini bilmiyorum.” (It is dangerous. I know you have a gift and one with the shadows as you call it. But you are a female. I don't know that your father would agree to this). Antigone took a deep breath trying to figure out how to put the words out there. “Hürrem, senin kızın çocuk değil. Onu kendin gibi güçlü olması için yetiştirdin. Gidip kuzenine yardım etmesi gerekiyor. Hatta hem kendisi hem de Jasmine için koruma kolyesi bile gönderebilirim. Süleyman'a gelince, sen de ben de onunla nasıl başa çıkacağımızı biliyoruz” (Hurrem, your daughter is not a child. You raised her to be strong just as you are. She must go help her cousin. I can even send with her a protection necklace for both her and Jasmine. As for Suleiman, you and I both know how to handle him). Hurrem looked towards Antigone and gave a slight nod knowing she was right. The two women fought little nowadays and even worked as one.

Malantha gave a smile and hugged her mother tightly giving her a kiss upon the cheek. She then hugged Antigone tightly doing the same. “Güvende olacağıma ve geri döneceğime söz veriyorum.” (I promise to be safe and come back”. Antigone looked at Hurrem for a moment and took out of her pocket two necklaces. “Bunlar sizi güvende tutacaktır. Benim tarafımdan kutsandı ve eğer annen de onu kutsadıysa. Bunlar her türlü kötülüğe karşı koruma sağlayacaktır. Onlar çok yaşlılar ve sizden çok daha yaşlı büyülere sahipler.” (These will keep you safe. It was blessed by myself and if your mother blesses it by her as well. These will protect against any evil. They are very old and has magic much older than you).

Antigone held out the necklaces towards Hurrem, who blessed them by kissing them each. Love was a powerful form of protection and through Hurrem kissing them it gave each necklace her blessing. Antigone then did the same and put one around Malantha’s neck. She placed the other into Malantha’s right hand. “Git şimdi” (Go now). Both mothers said as one giving her a kiss upon each of her cheeks. Malantha gave a smile and gave them each a hug followed by a kiss on the cheek. Turning away from them, she held out her left hand, took a deep breath, and opened a portal. Not taking a moment longer, she walked into it followed by her shadows.

The visit to Agrabah would be sooner than Jasmine thought, but she would come to the aid of her cousin. To the kingdom’s aid and Jasmine’s father and husband. To all that Jasmine held dear.

The Princess And Her Past From Agrabah And Storybrooke!

Jasmine grew up in a very royal family in fact they always made choices for her. Telling how she should have been an act when she was younger, she would always go on adventures just to break the routine of being a young princess. As she got older, she accepted being a princess was an honor in ways and, in some ways, not. Especially when it came to how she wanted her life knowing her father and mother meant well.

The time her mother was killed it was as if she was hidden behind the palace walls her whole life. Knowing it was to protect her they even had rituals for whom she would marry her that was. Even after she lost her mother, Jasmine was still a young princess. The cub had made its way to the Sultans palace she was the one who took care of him. To her it was a gift from her deceased mother the tiger and her became inseparable. Naming the cub Rajah, she had no idea it was a circus tiger that found their palace.

As Jasmine grew up even more the idea of a husband being chosen by her father, the Sultan. It was not the life that she wanted, she was wanting to explore the world and make her own decisions. Knowing one day she would have an adventure that would in fact find her the right husband. Before that would happen, a sorcerer named Jafar would try to control her father.

Jafar had come to their palace with the intent of marrying her knowing she had to seek help. When she refuses to marry Jafar, he threatens to destroy Agrabah. She needed to go seek help knowing the place to go undercover would be Storybrooke. There she found Aladdin, and he was able to free her from the giant hourglass Jafar trapped her in as the sand was filling up quickly. Also, he was able rescue her dad from the powers of the sorcerer. They married and the prince and princess lived happily ever after in the Sultan's palace. She truly loves her husband with her heart and soul. Nothing will ever change that.

As of recently she noticed that Agrabah had seemed different to her as if a black cloud had covered the entire land. It was then she received a letter she thanked the one that delivered. After reading it and smiling she needed this letter from her cousin the letter made her feel better. "If you could wait here, I have a letter I want to write to send back." As the servant agreed as she saw the name on the letter and read thoroughly, she smiled even more thinking to herself. What perfect timing this is she truly missed her cousin. She started her own letter to reply back.

Sending Reply Letter:

Dear Cousin, I am sending you my best wishes, I have truly missed you and your family, sending my love to your mother Antigone, I miss her as well. My father and husband send their best wishes as well. I hope all is well with your family, it has been so far from here, it was good a while ago. Lately I feel there is something out there taking control of Agrabah that I am not certain about. Even the black markets are suffering.

We recently had a sorcerer anted Jafar he tried to control my father and tried to get me to marry him. That was a while ago I wonder if Jafar is still around trying to control our countries. I did not mean to put all this on your cousin. I truly fear someone is out there trying to take control again. It would truly be a comfort if you came and visited see if you can sense what I do. I hope I am not very reacting on this. Just to have you visit cousin would be a relief for me. Hopefully your visit proves me wrong in the sense I have about Agrabah being in danger."

Looking over the letter, she hoped she wasn't overreacting to anything she prays is just that. The way things have been going, having to put an extra guard around the palace was needed. Or at least she thought that Aladdin to had sense there was something different with the towns people. She smiled at the one who brought her the letter. She spoke in Arabic.يرجى التأكد من وصول هذهالرسالة إلى Malantha Sultan I. لا تقم بأي تحويلات على طول الطريق... اذهب مباشرة لتسليم هذه الرسالة، حسنًا(Please make sure this gets to the right place. I do not make any detours along the way…go directly to deliver this alright.)

Feeling a bit more reassured now after having the letter sent to her cousin knowing she would be the one to confirm what Jasmine was sensing. She saw the tiger Rajah come by her side. She petted him and smiled to him "أنت تعرف دائمًا عندما أحتاجإليك، أليس كذلك؟ ("You always know when I need you don't you?") Hoping that she didn't give her cousin to much destress over what she told her.

When she saw her husband, she said that she wrote to her cousin knowing that he will always be by her side as she will do for him. They talked for a bit about everything that was going on. She had to smile seeing that he was on good terms with Rajah. "I know my cousin; she will be here for us as we would be there for her to always." She was feeling a bit more comforted having the ones she loves near her hopefully seeing her cousin soon as well.
