"The Fateful Truth" Mirabella’s Reaction
Mirabella was only five at the time, she did not know what was going on. She snapped back to reality seeing her parents, the loves of her existence, now dead, blood spattered in crimson. She looked at them then at the woman in front of her, blood tears stained her tiny face. She screamed at the top of her voice. "What did I do? What have I done?” She slowly backed up due to her fears, she was scared to death of all this. One could only imagine how Mirabella felt in that moment.Mirabella's siblings; Nyx, Malachi, Meric and Deric were not at home, thank Hades for that. They had left to go hunting about an hour before. Before she knew anything, her soft flowing gown, white as snow was now drenched with her parents life's blood. It was completely covered, not a speck of white remained upon the dress. It was deep red as the Devil's bride herself, would wear. She looked up at the woman, her voice began to tremble "I do not …. re..re.. remember doing this .I…. I .. cannot stay here. I want my mommy and Daddy. Why did I? Why did I kill them? I cannot stay, they will be so mad at me... I… I… just, killed my parents!”She screamed loudly as tears of blood streamed down her face. Her body was trembling like a leaf, she did not know what to do. Mirabella wanted to run far away from this nightmare. She hoped that her neighbors heard her or something, anything... "Please come and save me. Help me." she said under her breath. Then, she heard footsteps coming from her left. She looked around in fear of what was to come next.. Mirabella reached out her tiny hand to the lady. She was in fear for her existence. Mirabella knew she would have to leave the estate, she could not stay here. There was no logical explanation for what had happened. She knew her sister and brother's would hate her if they knew that she killed them.Mirabella closed her eyes then tried to talk to her brother Malachi. They were very close, she knew there had to be a way not to be so scared. “Malachi, please help me. I am scared, someone killed Mom and Dad. Save me please. I am scared. There is a lady here who looks like someone we know, but I don’t know who she is.”Mirabella opened her eyes watching intently, the strange woman made fireworks appear in her left hand. She gasped in excitement, as a kid would. "Wow.. you… you, do magic? So, I can trust you right? You will teach me how to control the bad side of me, right? I will go willingly with you to learn." She looked at her with brightened eyes. "I will be able to come back home after my training, right?” Mirabella was still frightened however this bizarre woman intrigued her, she was excited to learn magic.”She was still very scared. She grabbed some things then put them into a small trunk as fast as she could. She took something from each of her sibling's as a reminder of them. She never wanted to forget them, not ever.Mirabella did not want to do this, but knew it was for the best. Her voice broke as she came back over to the strange woman. " So what you are telling me is that I will go to magic school where you will teach me also keep me safe. Please I beg of you... I don't want to remember any of this." She looked at her still afraid. "I won’t remember? I...I.. did this right?”
